Friendly staff, great classes and a nice atmosphere
It was a great workout. The instructor Cecilie was energetic and knowledgeable. The studio was very clean and the staff was welcoming. Took the 7:30 am class. Perfect way to start my day!

I love all the teacher at the triangle specially shout out to Lauren, Ana and Nathan who really got me into yoga but I also love Gwen and Lindsey they always make me feel so welcome. They encourage me push me and also nurture my soul. I truly feel like part of the family here! I absolutely have no regrets on my membership.
I truly love it but the age demographic is young which may deter an older set (tho not myself). Would love to see core restore on the schedule as restorative & yin are so beneficial. Would also love more unique experiences such as when Joel H plays his instrument (fantastic!) like singing bowls as a special event. Also love his incense which transforms the studio into a zen retreat haven.
Love all the instructors, the cleanliness of the studio, the front room with the big windows, & the central location.
First love the style of yoga and the heated room. Like the variety of classes and teachers… and there is plenty of parking!

The workout is the hardest, sweatiest workout in town
I enjoyed everything about my Core Power Yoga experience! Taylor was friendly, knowledgeable and so encouraging during class. Her cues and sequencing were spot on, and the music heightened the mood. I highly recommend!

I like the 45 minute class offerings. For those of us with a busy schedule or who feel overwhelmed with an hour time commitment, these are perfect and are a great workout. I like that teachers can pick their own music and it’s not a “cookie cutter” class, regardless of teacher. I use classpass and wish there were more offerings for early classes during the week.
I really enjoyed the energy and music played during the class. The instructor was amazing.

Great mix of cardio, strength, flexibility, and core. The classes are extremely well organized.
My only point of feedback would be to reduce some of the shoulder load in Sculpt. A lot of the flow in itself is hard on ones shoulders (flowing with weights, shoulder taps, etc...), then most classes will add multiple forms of shoulder specific exercises, such as press, or upright rows.
The kneeling chest press, bow and arrows, etc.. are exercises very hard on the shoulders on top of all the shoulder work that usually has been done already.
