The classes/instructors are wonderful. I love the studio, modern & clean. It feels like a yoga center AND a night club! I’m happy there’s more C1; different sequences would be great for variety. I would also appreciate a family plan if hubby & wife or parent & child both join or more members in a household. The # of classes is fantastic, the music is so good, the different teachers all have unique & wonderful styles so there’s something for everyone. A special shout out to Joel H, Brooke, Ana & Casey!

Top notch instructors. CorePower at the Triangle in Austin is run by Caitlin who is not only the best instructor, but the kind of manager any yoga studio would be lucky to have. Cleanliness, professionalism, efficiency, skill of instruction . . . all get a 10/10 from me.

Very nice setting and facility. Instructor did a terrific job of guiding us while allowing us to focus inward.
I loved that my instructor broke down the inversions so I actually understood how she was getting into them. This made me more confident in trying them out.
I love the whole CorePower community. Also the instructors are amazingly skilled and friendly!
The challenging sequences
Great classes, really friendly staff, and nice facilities.
***There are a few instructors at this studio and Monarch in Downtown Austin that will crank the music up to an almost excruciating volume for the "sprint" parts of the class. It actually hurts my eardrums. If I could make one request, it would be to limit the volume of the music. Otherwise, love these gyms!

The heat, music, intensity
The teachers are all really nice and the classes are fun and challenging. I’m glad to see more HPF on the schedule. That said, Imthiugh she is very nice, I have stopped going to any of Karin’s classes - far too hot (and I like it hot). But worse, far too loud. I have to leave the last 10-15 minutes of class when she inexplicably cranks it up even more. Physically feeling the vibration of the music in svasana is jarring.
Great teachers. Great studio. Great classes. Do yourself a favor... and go!

Loved Nate's class and definitely felt it in my body for the next few days :-). I hadn't been in class in quite a while but his poses flowed so well together and I could adapt them easily. My sister and I really enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!
