I recently sustained an injury that will keep me out of the studio for a few months. (Torn acl and mcl) the freeze process was great. I appreciate it.

I really enjoy the classes at CPY & the instructors are all wonderful/warm/welcoming. The non heated C1 & sculpt (depending on the instructor) are great during warmer months. I loved the sound bath & hope to see more of that on the schedule. The classes which support causes are terrific. I think a family membership plan would be helpful.

Casey is an amazing instructor. I love attending her classes. She is motivating and her flows make sense.

I love the studio and the teachers are wonderful. I would love to see more HPF Classes on the schedule for afternoon/eves. I come from a Bikram background but love the low lights and feel of this studio, it's just what I needed. Y'all are doing a great job, keep up the good work!

The pace was manageable. Nicole was a quiet voice. And the bass in the music sometime was too loud. The music choices were good. I’ve enjoyed my two complementary classes alot.

I've been going for years and I really like the variety of class types, times and teachers....and LOVE the heat!

Corepower has not only made me stronger physically but also has altered my mentality around working out! The teachers are so caring and encouraging, always pushing me to my limits! Nothing is better than a good sweat with good music and friends!

Danielle was wonderful— she had great energy, very positive class, overall terrific way to start my Saturday morning.

One thing to note: Immediately upon class ending, my first thought was that I wished the course focused more on core (since it was StrengthX Core & Glutes). However!! I was surprised to find that the next day my obliques & lower back (back core?? haha) muscles were actually sore! ...which was cool, since I hadn't really targeted those before. Turns out it must have been enough core after all! :)

Love the teachers and the classes at Triangle. Easy to park at this location so even though Monarch is closer to me I prefer Triangle.

The instructors are amazing and push me. I love the heat. I love the community and I love how accomplished I feel after class!
