I've taken several yoga classes before but this was the first time any instructor took the time to explain proper posture transition (especially for chaturangas). I was privileged with a small class for my first core power experience, so having the hands on attention to correct anything I was doing wrong and to push me farther was just what I needed. Thank you!!

The basic necessary items are provided for an enjoyable experience. The instructors are understanding and provide assistance to their students if needed. The atmosphere is friendly.

I like that the classes are an hour. They start on time and end on time. I also like the instructors. Everyone is really friendly.

I like the options for classes and frequency of classes. I like how al the instructors have the basic moves but tailor the class to different focuses. All the instructors are very helpful, sensitive and friendly. This has been especially helpful being so new to yoga. It would be very easy for me not to want to return if I felt embarrassed or unable to participate or keep up. Love the classes.
