The instructors are absolutely fabulous!!

The studio is nice and always clean, and the instructors demonstrate some of the more difficult poses.

The trainers are amazing and so nice! I took my girlfriend here for a "yoga date" for valentines day and she loved it. The teachers were so nice and helped her out.

Friendly staff, clean studio, spacious/clean locker room with hygiene products, windows and mirrors in yoga studio, padded floors, great teachers, good music.

I like the way the class is guided by the teacher and it is easy to follow the class for a first timmer.

The staff is extremely understanding and flexible with their workouts. As a newbie, I am already greeted by name and feel welcomed,even at 6 am.

I wish we didn't do the same thing over and over again in class. If we do the same sequence 3-4 times at the beginning, you should switch it up after core work. Sometimes I get bored and just sit down. But I do love coming here bc it's a great workout.

The service was awesome! I attended classes with 3 different team members (Amelia, Christie, and Jenna) and all were very knowledgeable and made the experience unique! Great atmosphere, solid music, and the workout was like no other. I left feeling energetic with a refocused mindset. Awesome job!
