Excellent class!
I am a 61 year old grandma who just returned to yoga after a year and a half off due to injuries. I felt so welcome and so comfortable just going at my own pace. The instructor was great, the workout challenging and the atmosphere very pleasant!
Great classes and with two rooms at the studio, there's always a class option available. I also like that you have Core Cardio Circuit in the middle of the day (I was visiting from Colorado and I can't try that class there because they only have it at 6am, and I will never go to a 6am class, too early for me). And the studio rooms are nice and large! Oh and I love that parking is available in the building, even though the spots could potentially be taken--it's nice that the option exists :)

Great classes and great instructors.
I was visiting from San Diego. Took a class with Jordan and she was amazing! I loved her teaching techniques from walking us through our poses, pin pointing how we need to adjust our poses, and then she adjusted me as well (SO GOOD). The class helped me work through my emotions and felt great. Then she recommended an amazing BBQ joint which was delicious! Thanks Jordan!!
The core restore session was relaxing and peaceful way to spend a Friday evening... I felt great the next morning...
There are so many class options & the number of excellent instructors at the studio is wildly impressive!

Schedule's are great - classes in the morning, evening and at lunch.
Nice studio and great instructors.
The schedule is convenient and the instructors are very well qualified and competent. I got individualized attention when I had difficulty performing a particular stance. The music and the atmosphere was calming and soothing. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the instruction. I will definitely continue to attend and will recommend it to others. Thank-you for the experience!

Teachers are very good. I’d like to see more advanced poses in C-2 classes. I like the heat and prefer the room hot.
I went to corepower for the first time since having a baby and Erin was fantastic! Loved her Halloween themed music too.
