Such a great class. I was in town visiting for the Labor Day weekend and the staff made me feel right at home. I have been recommending to my friends to try at least the free week with Core Power Yoga with the assumption they'll be as addicted to it as I am.

The instructors are great. I leave every class ready to conquer the day and free of any tension I brought in with me. The next day I still feel great with the reminder that I engaged every muscle group that was asked of me the day before.

I love how the teachers incorporate yoga philosophy and mental wellness with the physical practice. This is a great studio and the routines are variant which I enjoy. My only wish is that this studio would be more affordable for college students.
Product and services good - but upkeep has gone down a bit since the last time I was going there regularly. Weights are disorganised - even dangerously placed sometimes - the shampoo soap bottles in the bathroom has mold. The pigeon holes are not as clean as they used to be
love that i have found yoga teachers that push my physical capabilities in class while STILL keeping the spiritual connection a huge part of the class. (specifically uma and kelley i have found to be so rewarding as teachers)
