Very clean facilities, energetic and friendly staff, classes are challenging and worth every minute! Seriously, best workout I've ever had that doesn't leave me with neck and back pain afterwards. Perfect combination of strength and flexibility exercises. I've brought several friends, family and colleagues with me and they all have similar feedback :)

Everyone is very friendly. The place is very nice. I like that there are a variety of classes to choose from.
I like the small classes, tons of hands on adjustments, and that my instructors take time to learn my name. Overall this studio offers the benefits and classes that a larger studio would but perfected keeping the studio small enough for a personalized touch. In deepening my practice I value the assistance from the instructors and feeling like I can approach them with questions because they paid attention to me during class and could really give quality feedback.
The CP2 classes follow a predictable structure within which there is always something new and creative. It's never boring and yet I also appreciate knowing what I am in for: a workout that's both challenging and conducive to mindfulness. I always come out of CP2 classes feeling strong and renewed.
Everything was clean and in order. My instructor was positive and encouraging and rememebered my name after just one session. Excited for the rest of my free week!

The class was high energy and upbeat. Very exciting. The instructor is inspirational, encouraging and has an impressive command of the room. The session was challenging and I enjoyed it completely, finishing satisfied, knowing that I had experienced a great work out. The locker room and showers were very nice and I was grateful to be able to clean up and change clothes after class. Your staff were all kind, courteous and professional. Thank you for the quality service.

The teachers are all very kind and have a lot of knowledge. I enjoy the positive climate and challenging workout. I have met lots of people attending classes and enjoy all of the variety the studio has to offer. I also like the retail items!
I love the community feel when I walk in. Everyone greets me like I am a longtime friend, and their products and clothing are spot on! I usually want everything.
Really nice, clean, and comforting facilities. The place almost feels like a spa. I love the Towel and Mat rentals. Yeah they charge you for it, but I feel like that allows them to keep the equipment clean and replenished.
