I've been to one hot class and I really liked it. It was a change from the Vinyasa style of yoga that I have been doing, but it was a nice change. I felt great afterward. I'm going to my second class today with the weights!

I like the studios and the atmosphere! I like that there are mirrors so you can concentrate on your form. Sculpt is an incredible class!!!
I enjoy being in the studio. I like the vibe there & I love the feel of the space. I love hot yoga but 90 minute Bikram is just too much so 60 minute classes are perfect.

I've been attending the sculpt class now for about 3.5 months and I've definitely noticed a change in my body. The classes are awesome and I've had really great teachers - they keep you focused and motivated!! My coworkers actually recommended me and since then, I've recommended it to a friend who is also now a black tag member. Yogis for life!

Its friendly. The facility is clean and the changing room is excellent. I am new to yoga but enjoyed the work out. Its not too hippie which on occassion can rub me up the wrong way, at the same time its not too corprate and sterile. You could do better design wise by heading in a more organic natural direction, but that's just my preference.
The staff is very friendly. The teachers I saw were very knowledgable and challenged as well as respected the boundaries of my abilities.

I'm already a huge fan of CPY: from the classes offered to the quality of instructors hired and the feel of each studio. Monarch's location is especially great with spacious studio rooms each with a whole wall of windows opening up to downtown Austin. It was a lovely experience practicing here.
