environment, class flow
The variety of classes and the flexibility of class times with anyones schedule is awesome. Being a full-time professional student and having three jobs is stressful having a place to wind down and recenter is a necessity.
Classes are great, every class even core power-C1 gives challenges to the body to adapt and become stronger. The classes have made my sense of mind better and my overall well-being more healthy. I would recommend core power yoga because teachers are well trained and make anyone in the classroom feel apart of the class.
The facility was emmaculate and state-of-the art seeming with superb feng shui. The class I took was amazing, and the instructor could not have done a better job. I was super impressed and very zen when I left. I want to be a core power yoga teacher now.

Instructors are very helpful and I really like how they incorporate breathing instructions into the routine. I am a huge fan the combination of weights and yoga and cardio in the Sculpt classes that yall have created.
