Rain is so friendly and helpful and welcoming. The studio is clean, the locker rooms are nice and well-equipped with plenty of shower and bathroom stalls. The floors are wood and not carpet, which is so nice.

Strong community - I like the special/focused classes that bring opportunities to meet other members after. Having those connections with my fellow yogis is what helps motivate me to come to class and grow with each other.

My first CorePower Yoga experience was a challenging workout that encouraged breathing and free flow of movement. At the end of my first class I felt energized and relaxed. As a graduate student, it was exactly what I needed to relieve the stress of the days past and days ahead.

I completed my teacher training in Colorado Springs in 2012 with the wonderful Christine Malmborg and then taught in Berkeley, CA. (I used to live in Marin, CA and definitely think CorePower would be a huge success there! Next studio???)
