CP has the BEST teachers!!! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and competent, but they are also some of the most down to earth human beings I know, and always willing to help their students in any way possible. Also, the facilities are pretty bomb!

The Facility is absolutely beautiful and very clean. It's a beautiful space to take a yoga class. I am a big fan of hot yoga so I enjoy the warmth of the room. I have found a couple teachers that really engage me and I will continue to try new classes and teachers.

Instructor was very friendly and accommodating. I was a bit unprepared for my first class and she set me up with water and a towel. Class was a good workout but not overly complicated.
I like the yoga with weights which allows for strength building but still keeps the yoga practice primary. Yoga first, weights second. The schedule allows a variety of convenient classes throughout the day.
