I love the music selection that has been played in class. The instructors are very kind and encouraging while promoting a free space. I don't feel judged for being new and most importantly, I was seeking a hot yoga studio so I'm happy with the selection of heated classes.

The studio has a very professional atmosphere from entry to exit and all fronts. It is clear that franchise standards are well thought out and executed.

I love this yoga studio and normally attend the triangle location! The he one thing I would suggest is a 1:00 pm, 7:00 or 8::00am class time on week days? Maybe a C1 so it is easy for one to go before work.
