Today's 6-7pm c2 core power yoga 2 class was cancelled. Those who showed up for class, like myself, did not see it was canceled online, Ms. Abbey, who was working tonight notified us right there, right then. Just as u was leaving the studio, Abbey invited me to HPF class and said she would be teaching it. The class was fab for the abs... It was just fantastic, hot indeed, but great class.
I love the heat, I love the space and products. The teachers are so sweet and nice and I love their theme throughout the class and how it's different every time.

The staff was very helpful in my 1st visit. I liked how much more feedback I got from the instructor in my poses than at their studios.

I like the variety of classes available, the drop in checkin that doesn't require signing up beforehand, the energy and passion from the instructors is always positive and inviting, the flow of class is invigorating and by the end you feel a sense of accomplishment, and I really appreciate the genuine interest from the instructors standing at the front desk after class.
It's clean, professional, & wonderful teachers. I had Brittany that night & that's always a special treat for me.
I love the community and support at CPY - Monarch. I always feel comfortable in class and receive the support I need in improving postures and form. I love that the instructors take the time to remember your name in class and provide positive affirmations without being cheesy or overbearing.

I have tried the core power yoga- level first with Anna for two times. She is extremely helpfull and sweet with everyone. The excersises are perfect. Not too much and nit too few. The temperature is a little bit hot, but is good for the muscels! Love the class and love the teacher too. Thank you :-)

I love how clean the studio is. That is the main thing that sticks out in my mind about corepower. It is so clean, but it doesn't feel clinical.
