I was a new student and enjoyed the welcoming experience. I completed the beginner class and was very satisfied with the instructor.
I like that classes are at same time and not changed weekly. i like that they are challenging and even though some things are not in my practice, options are suggested. i luv the energy and people who share their practice with me. yoga has become really important to me and my well being ! i feel much more relaxed and at ease with decisions and conflicts that want to confront me. i am able to handle them without drama or anger and find being "grounded" from the yoga meditation and lessons extremely helpful to do that.

It's a very clean facility and I was immediately greeted and welcomed to the studio by Chelsea (I think that's her name!) I'm glad I went for this studio over others.
I like the options in classes and variety for all kinds of practice.
I love the variety of different courses available (especially the sculpt classes). I've been to other yoga studios before, and this is the first one that incorporates cardio and weights. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Very Clean, Friendly Staff, Quality Classes
I love that you offer an early morning class. If it wasn't for the 6-7am yoga sculpt I would have given up on trying to fit in an exercise routine into my busy life. I love that I can work out and be done for the day. I'm a morning person so this has been a perfect fit for me.
I love that the studio is heated. On cold mornings the thought of lying down on the floor relaxing for a few minutes before class helps me get out of bed and get dressed in the dark and get my butt in gear.
I also love the music. It's never what I expected for yoga, not relaxing or meditative at all but it's fun and motivating.
This yoga is not what I was looking for when I first joined but I have come to love what I suffer for.
The facility was clean and nice and I really enjoyed the class.

I like that most classes are just 1 hour. I like how many classes are on the schedule so if you miss on you can go to the next. I also love the heated rooms.

I decided to try out yoga for the first time ever at CPY and they made it so easy, fun, and worthwhile to open myself up to this new experience! I've tried hot power fusion, core power 1, and sculpt already and I love them all. CorePower Yogas offers a variety of classes all with varying benefits, and convenient class times so that you can do yoga whenever depending on your schedule and mood. The facilities are clean and stacked with amenities. The instructors and staff are all very friendly and always open to chat or help you out!

I don't really buy any products. I will say that Andrea, Karen, David, Chelsea, and Angie. Should all be recognized for the service they give and the intention they set forth in every class. I love coming into core power yoga to work out my mind, body, and soul. It's something I can't be without. My body and has changed and my mind is now present in the moment. Thank you Guys!
