Predictable classes and great instructors.
The CP2/Yoga Sculpt class was AWESOME! Both instructors were great! The instructor at the beginning of class (1/31) during Yoga Sculpt had great energy and kept the class going. I liked that her transitions were easy to get into and weren't rushed. Would definitely come back for this class.

Great class schedule! Amazing variety of classes, even a sound bath class on Friday afternoon. Teachers are outstanding. Sometimes the heat at CPY seems to have a mind if it’s own. C2 class I took was crazy hot. A maintenance man came in after class so maybe something got fixed? I invited two friends for free week last week and I was thrilled to share how wonderful yoga is. Thanks for the opportunity.

Awesome class!
I enjoy Core Power Fashion Island immensely. I would if you a 10 but sometimes the classes are getting too full for the size of the room. I suggest either put a, lower limit so everyone has more than enough room to move around or switch the sculpt classes back into the larger room (room 1). There's plenty of room in there!
Woodbridge is a very clean, well run and maintained studio. Very comfortable place to practice.
The schedule is very flexible.

Love the variety of class times, so many opportunities to get to a class every day. I’ve been a member for almost a year and have never had an instructor that wasn’t great. I also really appreciate the size of the locker/shower room, never have to worry about waiting for a shower to open up after class. I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to join the studio.
