Love all the class times and friendly teachers.
I have been a member for many years! Prior to COVID I was taking 8 classes a week sometimes 10! That was only because of the more advanced teachers. The instructors were top notch! Challenging flows, good energy, fun and knowledgeable! That was 2020…. Today core power is still my studio only bc other studios w the instructors of the past teach later morning hours….only Lisa G and Cami remain….miss the old days!! It was a great community!
I’m new to Corepower and I just love it! So nice that they great you when you enter and exit the studio. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very positive experience. Facility is immaculately clean and neat!
I love the community. The instructors are so great and it’s nice when they call you by your name. It makes you feel more than a number but a member to the community.
Great teacher, friendly front desk person. Clean facilities. Lots of freeway noise was a bit distracting.

I’ve so far have had a class with Nikki and one with Robin-
They are so welcoming and remind you to meet yourself where you are at and that it’s okay to take variations if needed!
They are always attentive to those on the mat and help however they can when it comes to the movements.
I will definitely be coming back and can’t wait to take more classes !
My first day was amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful and have great energy. I'm excited for the first free week to see how it goes.

Everyone was very warm and welcoming. I love the variety of classes that are offered, especially the 6am class. The instructors are fabulous. They really push you when you want to give up.
The Woodbridge studio is always clean and the teachers are awesome too!!

The instructors and classes are amazing. I just haven't been able to take class for a while because of medical issues and the cost has been too much for me right now to pay for something I can't use. I don't know who to discuss this with because I worry about making it in order to stay healthy. Love that you have Patrick doing evening restore classes. His class has been one of the best. Everyone is amazing. I just wish I could make it in when my health gets better.
The core power, and Brea is so nice, and the teachers are so kind. Every class has been amazing and I always feel supported.
i love this class. Challenging and I don't feel judged when I need to take a break. I can't wait to be able to keep up and do the whole class.

Ashley was so welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. She demonstrated a variety of modifications, provided clear cues during the flow, and was cheerful throughout the entire evening. Whew, that abs portion!
