The friendly and welcoming staff, consistent quality classes, and upbeat fellow yogis.
I walked in for the first time, was greeted and got signed up quickly (redeemed a groupon) they recommended a class in 45 minutes, gave me a tour around the facilities and described some of the classes. The class itself (taught by Hannah) was great! Perfect intro class for a semi-beginner, she demonstrated the poses well and guided us through a great practice. Left feeling refreshed and ready for the day!

They all make you feel very comfortable and they help you if you are not doing a pose correctly. And they are very open to begginers that have never done yoga before

I just love all of the teachers at the CP Highland Park location. Jessie, Anthony, Andrew and Margo are all such incredible Hot Yoga instructors. I was a long-time Bikram practitioner in SoCal and CorePower HP has some of the BEST teachers I've ever practiced with. Taking class with Amelia is always so inspirational and uplifting. Kathy B is just the BEST no matter which class she's leading. Lauren's sweet demeanor is also something to look forward to. Anthony--I mentioned already but he is just SO good at making every class unique and special!

Two amazing and beautiful teachers are Rebecca C. and Laura N. I try to attend as many of their classes as possible. They teach such spirit filled C1 classes, beautiful messages, gentle hands on support, overall reassurance. I have learned so much from them. Because of them and your studio, I know I will continue to pursue a strong yoga practice along with meditation. I love the special Sat morning C1 75 min class with lavender towels. Just one suggestion, it would be nice if classmates/yogis would leave their cell phones out of the studio area. To me the studio area is so calming and sacred. Cell phones just don't seem appropriate to be there. Thank you so much

I love the Highland Park studio because it offers the most variety of classes, including C1, C2, sculpt and ryder! I wish more locations had a ryder studio. Sophie, Sasha & Anthony are my favorite instructors because I know I'll have fun, get a challenging workout and time will fly by in their classes.
One of the managers made me a tour of the place. He was very friendly. Locker area is very comfortable. In general, it was a nice experience.
Consistency! Awesome teachers- approachable. new instructor to me- gave me a great adjustment- felt comfortable- her theme was perfect- Shared great info about the 8 limbs. (Non-stealing was the focus)

I love yoga sculpt and the fact that you have showers/locker rooms in case you need to rush to work like I do in the mornings!
