Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Classes are professionally guided and the skills of all yoga teachers I’ve had classes with provide high quality instruction and support.
Celeste always leads a great class! Her flows are smooth and challenging, but she gives many good options for alternate postures to add or decrease intensity. Very motivating.

As I have said in the past, the Highland and Grand Ave studios are fantastic in regard to the facilities and instructors. I always leave feeling happy. Yes happy I exercised, but even more than that I feel uplifted by the staff at CorePower. They go above and beyond.

Great mix of focused concentrated strength with athletic breath. The instructors do well in guiding and cueing the positions and encourage the Class.

Every instructor that I have met has been so kind! I have a back injury, and they have all been so supportive and non-judgmental when I need to do modifications
