There was a gorgeous selection of merchandise. All of the staff was so friendly. I got to take several classes during my vacation at this location because the times were really convenient. I loved that they added heat to the core power 1 classes, gotta love the heat!! It was also really clean in the studio and locker rooms. Mahalo!

Wonderful studio, open and spacious, amazing teachers

Melissa Mae was amazing! She is one of the leads of teacher training on Oahu and her C1 flow was spot on. I loved her intention as well. She made my daughter and her boyfriend fell super successful as it was my daughter’s maybe 6 in studio class and her boyfriend’s first.

Karen Ho was great as well. She was so sweet and her cues were especially helpful for my daughter’s boyfriend whom this was the second in studio yoga class he went to after Melissa’s.

Kahala studio + team bring me to life!!! Tara’s class was killer in the best way and I was SO SORE the next morning! This studio and its people are everything!!

Some classes are so full! Sunday had 45 people - felt like we were too close/on top of each other.

The music was definitely my favorite part! Had a whole class dedicated to JB! The teacher Cambrie was amazing! Her intensity and encouragement kept me going! Will be back for more!

I attended the 6 am Sculpt class with Jenna. Everything was great in terms of the class, however the issue I have is regarding parking. Because the 6 am class is so early, it appears the Kahala Mall Mgt does not open the section of stalls in front of the studio. I think Mall Mgt doesn’t unlock the chains until 7:30 am., probably to have more control over the property. I would ask CP that as a tenant, they would ask Mall Mgt to unlock the chains for the early patrons.

Took my first class with Emma and she was awesome!

Isabella my instructor was absolutely amazing! Created a very welcoming environment, I did not feel like a lost newbie! Plan on signing up for more classes soon. Even bought a cute new set from the core yoga shop for my next class :)

The CPY-Kahala studio is clean and tidy. The bathroom is always stocked up with the essentials. I really like that the studio offers consistent classes at different times throughout the week, especially the 6am and late evening classes. Everyone here is friendly and approachable (including the managers Tara and Aaron). ALL of the instructors at this studio (i.e. Emily, Jenna, Karen, Yuri, Raylee, Kinau) are terrific with their own teaching styles! The classes do not appear to be transactional. I could tell that they put their heart into teaching. They often change up their playlists and lesson plans, making classes more enjoyable and worthwhile. I also like how the studio decorates with candle lights for different occasions and offers special classes/events.

CorePower's classes always leave me feeling strong & sore (in a good way!). It's definitely my favorite yoga studio to go to, since I love the consistency of their classes. I also love that they're on ClassPass!

I already recommended Core Power to two of my friends. The sessions are challenging and I can see with consistency that it builds strength and flexibility. My only criticism is my personal preference for non hot yoga and your times are limited. Thanks for the ability to try your studio with your free week.

I have attended corepower yoga classes off and on for a few years. I especially enjoyed the last class I just took at the Kahala studio. Melissa the instructor was knowledgeable, upbeat and professional. The studio was clean as expected. The instructors are always good.

We have been taking the Sculpt class from Jenna and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Very challenging for us since we are not young, but we battle. Jenna does a great job of expressing positivity and encouragement, and really mixes up her workouts well.
