Nicole the C2 instructor was amazing. Her cues were on point. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my practice. Some instructors make me feel inadequate for not being very flexible or strong, but Nicole created a safe and welcoming environment where I could practice C2 to the extend my body allows. She provided modifications for the more challenging positions and demonstrated correct alignment. She is the best instructor I’ve had.
Such a great workout that also is relaxing and fun!
HPF!!!! Lockers and showers
But I’ve noticed that the studio and showers need a spring cleaning. Dust the black tube and top of mirrors and showers are often dirty right after someone “cleans”
I was visiting Oahu and dropped by for a couple of classes - the staff was friendly and the HPF and sculpt classes were great!

I love corepower yoga classes it’s the best workout I’ve ever had. my problem is it is FAR too expensive, $180 a month is ridiculous. it’s a classist company, you can only go if you’re rich. what about for students or people with lower incomes? they aren’t rich enough to be able to fit in with your rich prestigious company. it’s classist, a company that’s benefits are only available to rich people.
CPY Kahala has a very welcoming team and make you feel at home when at the studio. The class I took with Makana was life changing. She is a very strong teacher and infuses her natural culture into the softness of the practice. Amazing class on the anniversary, blew my mind!
Everything is great! I just wish there was a class that had more meditating, slow moves and really allowing to heal and help relieve anxiety

Cecelia is the greatest yoga instructor I’ve had! She is so serene,yet detailed in her instructions for yoga poses. I follow her anywhere she teaches. CorePower is so fortunate to have her teaching there. Love her classes!
Everyone is very friendly the staff is very helpful, the service are always good I enjoy every yoga session i take here. I also appreciate how clean the environment always is.
My husband and I love the HPF class! We have made it a part of our weekly routine. I love that you know what to expect, but small variations in the class and different instructors keep it fresh!

Corepower does an amazing job of providing helpful instructors, a relaxing atmosphere, and challenging practices that will help anyone further and cultivate their practice. The employees at Kahala we’re kind, open, and welcoming. I would love to come back every day if I could.

Corepower Kahala is one of the cleanest studios I’ve ever been too. The SET team do a great job at keeping everything looking ship shape and yet very welcoming at the same time. I love CPY Kahala!
