Student Testimonials
I particularly like the fact you can go to Core Power yoga Denver Colorado and Core Power yoga Kailua Hawaii and the classes are pretty much the same with a little variation between them based upon the instructor.
I liked the pace, that the instructor walked around and corrected poses to help us be successful, I like the respectful attitude of the class. I liked it better than Bikram, which is the only yoga I have tried before.
Variety of nice products, many class options!
The corepower routines are the best workouts to keep me in shape
Outstanding instructors and the facilities were always well-kept.

This was an energetic way to do yoga and o had no idea it exists!
The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable and at home even though it was my first time at a studio!
I like the variety of classes. I like how there's so many studios available to me while I'm traveling,
Your schedule of classes are amazing. From the early am to late pm. Plus, the instructors are extremely knowledgable and friendly.
Lots of class times are offered so it's easy to fit into my schedule.
I like the ambience of the place. I loved the instructor Eric. He was motivating and pushed me to my limit. I wish another location would open in Kapolei or the West side of Oahu.
I appreciate that your company gives the free trial week it is encouraging to get into the swing of things with the opportunity of the trial. 2 years ago, I tried to take a C1 class at the Kahala Location. At the time I was still very inhibited by injuries, I thought, with my 23 years of Dance under my belt, that I could manage the C1 with the pain of my Ribs, Right foot and preexisting Scoliosis from birth. 2 years ago I was a train wreck trying to drive straight...I had to leave the class after 20 mins, everything was too fast too painful for my body at the time, It was me not the class! (I started more physical therapy after that) LAST NIGHT IN KAILUA, I got the idea to go see what classes where available on the spot. Stefanie at the front desk honored me with a fresh Free Week of Classes, Maleika taught a fantastic C1 last night I was proud of my own progress and ability to get through the class 95% in alignment with Maleika's instruction only a few times I had to go my own pace. I am looking forward to taking more C1 level classes this week and rebuilding my Core and Endurance! Blessings to your Team!
Yoga instructors are fantastic. Showers and locker room are clean.
Amazing encouraging instructors, great class that's never the exact same so it keeps it exciting and I'm starting to see results in my body. I've already gotten my sister hooked and have encouraged my coworkers to attend the initial free week. Love it!
I enjoy yoga "with a twist" as the music adds enjoyment to the practice. One thing I do miss about the other studios is how everyone claps at the end of class. For some reason, at the end of class here, no one does that. I feel like clapping gives unity at the end of an accomplished class and encourages others to continue coming.
The showers and locker room are smaller than the other studios, and unfortunately can get a little crazy between classes. The instructors are a little different, and as always, some are better than others. Finally, the little brats that sit outside the studio at the bus stop tend to be distracting and often effect our class. I realize yoga is about focusing in on the moment, but at times evil teens can make it a little more difficult. Overall, I enjoy the studio!
The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like you belong.
I really like all of your different class times and class types available. The beautiful facility is lovely as well!
variety of classes, all day long, free to just drop in any time without reservation
I like that new shipments are always coming in and that corepower has sales and discounts for black tag members. Also the locker rooms are great because they are kept stocked with soaps and lotions to keep all of us yogis fresh after a hot session.
I love all the classes and instructors. Troy has an amazing class, great music and energy. It is a lays a great workout.
The classes are amazing, great knowledge and friendly teachers
So many things to love:
-overall teaching quality, high and continues to improve (especially Riley in HPF - his class is a delight and has grown so much from his very first day which I remember). There are some really intelligent instructors at corepower who could certainly hold their own against the big 'celebrity' instructors in large mainland cities including Ashley and the Weds. AM C2 instructor at 6am (sorry can't remember her name but she's fabulous).
-great variety of classes/schedules
-manager very responsive to feedback on schedule - SO happy that there is weekend HPF again! thank you!
-teachers are respectful of injuries and never 'push' students beyond capabilities
-LOVE that classes start and FINISH on time - respects students schedules!
Suggestions for improvement:
-love practicing to music but recommend no music during shavasna (sp). hard to quiet your mind with music blaring.
-consider the early morning C2 at 530am? if there are enough students interested. finishing at 7am is a little late for some people.
thank you !!
Love the warmth: how it feels during and after. Great instructors, beautiful facility.
