Everyone who I have taken a class from is very knowledgeable about yoga. Each class is never the same and the level of the workout never seems to get easier. It makes me fee pretty awesome.

Friendly staff is a plus!! Location and convenience is perfect. I've so far only attended three classes and have had a great experience each time. Nochole, Zach and jenn were my instructors and they made it easy for a beginner like me to start the learning process. its difficult and my body is soar, but this is good!!!! I'm mostly here to heal a back injury and so far it has been working.
As a beginner with my schedule I want to try and go as much as possible so is it recommended for me to go to the other advanced classes or just stick with core1?

First time experienced at Core Power Studio in Hawaii.
I was little bit surprised that everybody clapping the hand after the class as well as the High Five during class.

Convenient location, clean facility and friendly staff
My instructors were great. I think I had Nikki and Nisreen. They were kind, upbeat, strong, young ladies who clearly love what they do. Their voices could be heard clearly, the background music they chose was lovely. The floor in the studio has just a slight rubber give to it so it is easy on your knees and wrists. I seriously want this floor in my home. Easy to keep clean and absorbs sound. I want it in my house!. Loved the mirrors. I've never been able to see what I look like doing a pose. So I really appreciated that. The showers, the lockers...absolutely spotless, modern and upscale. They carry Manduka, Lululemon, and Jade mats. All top of the line. I could go on and on. I loved this studio.
The class was fantastic and the instructor was so energetic and fun to take class from. The staff was very helpful and they offer a variety of classes for all levels.
Instructors are great at talking you through the class and helping you to be in the moment. I like the options offered for classes, different classes all day so you can come in when it's convenient for you and decide what class level you'd like to take. It's also great that Core Power has showers and a locker room. I'm able to go straight to work after a class because I can shower right at the studio. They also provide shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Bring your own towel or you can rent one for $1. They also have water $2 and if you forget your mat you may rent one.
Great class, clean studio, good room temperature. After a two year break, it was great to get back into yoga.

The exercise routine is so effective and will guarantee you a great workout! The instructor Ryan is very motivating to keep everyone's energy up. The music is perfect too!
The people working at the studio were really friendly and helpful, the class was awesome, the studio was clean and had great amenities. I like the different classes that are available so I don't have to do the same thing all the time, I REALLY like the schedules provided, so many options to come in at different times of the day. This encourages me to get the black pass since I could make it almost everyday to a class even with my erratic schedule.

As my first time doing yoga, I was intimidated walking into the studio. However, I was greeted by helpful and friendly staff which put me at ease quickly. Not knowing what to expect or how to do it, I knowingly struggled. Despite my limitations, the instructor had a naturally assuring tone and came by to direct me three time during the session. I left knowing I would return very soon...a day later!
There are more showers and locker space at this location since it's only 1 studio.. and the 1 studio is larger so bigger classes are more comfortable.
