I loved Maisa's Monday night class! It was my first time and I really enjoyed that she took the time at the beginning of the class to set a positive intention for the class. She also came around and assisted anyone who needed extra help getting fully into some of the positions, which really helped me get a much better stretch on a few occasions. It was a very comfortable environment and I felt amazing after the class. I will definitely recommend this to others, and I'm trying to bring a friend with me next time!

I like the clean facility, the classes and instructors.
This was my first time doing yoga, EVER, and Mike definitely made me feel comfortable and not judged for not being able to keep up with everyone else in the class. I felt very secure in myself in wanting to continue to practice yoga.
I like the teachers and the routine they do. I do not like the stuffiness and bad circulation in the Kahala location. I have been at the Ward location and they do not seem to have that problem. The fan should be turned on during the C1 class. It also smells very bad when someone with very bad body odor (one man that attends regularly practices). The whole room stinks and you almost feel like throwing up. I have not experienced that at any other Yoga places. The air circulation needs to be improved at Kahala. Other than that reason, the classes could be great and the teachers are wonderful!
I like that the classes are always different and that the workouts are never boring. The instructors are all great and very friendly. I used to think that yoga studios were intimidating, but Core Power has changed my perspective.
Everyone is friendly and happy. The studio is very welcoming. The classes give me a great workout as they are challenging and upbeat. I feel refreshed and invigorated after class, even if I had a super stressful day at work (I attend class after my work day).

I liked the heated rooms and it's very friendly to new students. I appreciate that we can easily rent matts and towels and everyone was very nice and helpful
I really liked the C3 heated class because it provides a time for more advanced practitioners. I also liked the cleanliness of the entire place and teacher who actually referred to me by name during my first class. I am looking forward to taking more classes for my free week trial!

The studio is really nice and clean as are the facilities. The class I took was great and I had a lot of fun. Looking forward to trying other classes.
I love the locker room amenities and yoga sculpt! I've taken other yoga sculpt classes, but core power is the only one that incorporates dancing into the class. Love it!
