Covenience of location, frequency of classes
The yoga sculpt class was unbelievably fun and intense. I love the way the class incorporates core strength, upper body strength, balance, flexibility, and cardio. Eric was a great teacher as well. It's a simultaneously soothing and high energy class if that makes sense. The studio itself was also very neat and aesthetically pleasing. I love going to these classes with my husband, friends, and sisters. There's a little something for every fitness level. The variety in the classes keeps things interesting as well.
Instructors, frequency and timing of classes
The people are the key! Every time I walk into Kahala I feel welcome and a part of a place focused on good health and kindness. I love the soft floor in the studio and all of the amenities.

Everything ! Costumer service, location, schedule and different levels and classes to choose from ! The fact it is a little pricey is the only reason I rate it a 9. But keep it up ladies !!!

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in to the studio. The women's locker room was spacious and clean. The studio is conveniently located within walked distance to Ala Moana.
All staff are so friendly and kind.

The customer service at Corepower is wonderful! The sessions are already awesome but just having such a friendly staff that is approachable makes me want to come back for more! The staff is always there to answer any questions and they always make me feel comfortable.
