Love the classes, especially C2, sculpt, and the Friday live music class. The teachers, especially Whitney, Jen C, Kate Lynn, Sarah Yo, Sarah Jayne, and Ashley S. rock!! All the teachers are so nice and welcoming - great feeling when you walk into the studio. Love that class is consistent, yet different. I love that it's not true hot yoga like bikram (>105 degrees). I always know I'm going to sweat. I love that the teachers really encourage you and do their best to have you focus on being present. The locker rooms/restrooms are super nice! The water bottle refiller is also a highlight - great feature that adds a ton of value.

I like that there's showers. Over all your teachers give thought to their flows. It's a nice place. To go to check out and clear your head.

Instructors - everyone is wonderful, but in particular:
Stephanie (one of the most intelligent, thoughtful, and intuitive yoga teachers I've ever experienced. she's a GEM in C2)
Ashley (so much fun, bright spirit, loving and her emphasis on teaching yogic philosophy is fascinating - her classes got me through some of the darkest days of my life)
Riley (love love love his pace of HPF and clearly puts a lot of thought into his instruction and MUSIC :) - he's an old soul and it is wonderful!)
Mike - puts his own creative spin on standard sequences, he knows the body well and gives fabulous adjustments, clearly has a lot of experience and knows how to help students.

I like very much the location and especially the friendly instructors.
What would I like to see changed? I am a beginner and I take C1 classes. They are taught everyday at 0930. It would be nice to have some other C1 classes taught at other times during the day (not evening).

Very comprehensive studio with competent teachers in a friendly, fun and professional setting.
This was my first time going to yoga consistently and I found that I enjoyed the flow of CorePower. I took full advantage of my free week and actually just bought a groupon. I intend to sign up for a membership very soon. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I like all the class options throughout the day. Also the uniformity of the curriculum being taught is really nice, my life seems Laotian at times and that can really help me stay my course.
