The HPF classes are wonderful...I wish that they were either more frequent or at a better time. The 9:30 class is very late and the 4:30 is difficult for people who work 9-5.

I love Nicole's C2 classes and Cassidy's sculpt classes. Jenna's classes are amazing too. I just wish that there was an 8:00am or 7:30am class option and would definitely love to see coreRestore come to Newton.

I am disappointed I can no longer do the Monday morning 11:30 class. It is kept too hot & I had heat stroke. :(
But, I love Michelle on Wed. at 4pm. She's preggo, so she doesn't keep the room too hot. :)

I moved to Boston, MA from San Diego, CA a year and a half ago. Having CorePower as a national brand with a store design and friendly employees made me feel at home. The instructors have been welcoming as well, especially Ashley Be at the Medford, MA location. Not only did she welcome me with a smile and a personable demeanor when I walked in, but she outlined the benefits of coming back to yoga and incorporating it into my fitness routine moving forward. She ended up being the teacher in the C1 class that I was taking and came across as genuine and wise while maintaining a sense of humor that made the class fun and enjoyable.
I've only taken the Yoga Sculpt class a couple of times but I loved the combo of cardio strength and yoga in one workout
I really enjoyed the power level two class. It was a great workout and I found the instructor very welcoming
