I signed up for the free week and am already ready to sign up for a monthly membership. I’ve had both Sara and Africa as an instructor and they were incredible :)
For my first ever Yoga session, it was a great experience. I enjoyed the added factor of it being Hot Yoga, as well. My instructor - Abby - was awesome. Extremely helpful with guidance and making small adjustments to help correct my postures throughout. Def recommend!
I really enjoy that at CPY I don't need to reserve a spot in class, this flexibility works really well with my work schedule. I also love the teachers, quick paced & athletic flow of classes, and lots of core work.
I've been to all the Boston studio's and Newton is by far the best studio in Boston!!!! Amazing instructors, workers, classes. Always clean and such a great staff. I always look forward to going !

I'm so excited to have a studio so close to my work. One issue is, though, the classes get very very full and the heat gets almost unbearable. The instructors set the room to 95-97, but with 40 people in one room, I think the temperature rises even above that, to over 100 degrees. I've been practicing for 10 years and have been close to vomiting because of the heat in that room.
I probably won't stop going to this studio because it's so convenient, and I do really really enjoy the classes, but the heat is getting to be a little too much.
Corepower is my favorite! Yoga sculpt with Jessica N was an amazing workout and I can’t wait to go back.
