The trainers are very professional. The studio has everything including body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It's a very clean environment. They provide many sessions in a day to fit your schedule.

I think it is the best studio Core Power has between the set up, the size of it and the views of the city from the rooms. I don't live or work near it but I often stop in there.

The attitudes and friendliness of all the staff, the nice environment/facilities, and the positive energy of the students provides a remarkable yoga experience every time. And specifically to this location... Check out that view baby! Plus a fireplace ;)

The view of the skyline at this studio makes it the most desirable location to practice yoga in the city. In addition, the availability of classes that range from early morning and late evening are a huge draw.

LOVE Conner Mac, the variety in the way he teaches and the way he connects with all yogi's. I do not like nor appreciate the set expectations to have every teach the "same way" with the same repetitions. I think it's important to give all instructors the opportunity to show their creativity and explore different parts of the body through numerous different exercises and ways to explore yoga.
