The instructors are great motivators and are well prepared for class. I love yoga sculpt becaus it uses weights,
Cardio and yoga. I walk out feeling fatigued but also rejuvenated. I wish they would open a studio in the beverly area

The instructors are wonderful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The instructors make you feel a vital part of the group even if you're a beginner and they run the classes with this passion that makes me love yoga more Everytime I go. They are there to help you if you want it which also lets me know they care and want me to improve. I love this studio and the classes so much!

I find CPY to be my favorite form of yoga, as well as the studios and the general overall experience. It's great yoga in a great setting delivered by great people.

The South Loop studio is beautiful! Such a great view of the city! Parking is easy, the staff was very friendly and helpful upon my arrival, and the locker room was clean. I took c2 with Elizabeth She was excellent. Great guidance and the flow was challenging but very enjoyable! I am happy to have a beautiful core power this close to home!
