I have enjoyed all the classes I have taken so far, all with different instructors. Everyone who works at the studio has been really friendly and helpful and I really appreciate the environment, especially as I'm just beginning to get back into my yoga groove.

I LOVE your classes. The environment is very comfortable (for someone is often not comfortable in a workout environment). The staff is fun and supportive. The cost is reasonable, especially if you go often and are a black tag member!

I like that there is a consistent structure to the classes, but also variety with each instructor. I think the facilities are nice and every class I've been to is a great workout.
