I love belonging to Core Power. In studio sessions are my favorite; the Tennyson guides are amazing! Having the option of virtual classes for when I can't make it to the puts it over the top.

I really like the consistency with the CorePower classes and that you will get exactly what you expect. That being said, I have been going to LoHi for years and it has begun to look very run down. In the girl's restrooms, both sinks were clogged, only one restroom was working, the showers look grimy, and the finish on all of the storage lockers, shelves, and bins is peeling. In the yoga studios, the paint is chipping off the walls, ceiling tiles are in need or repair, the floor looks beyond it's life and makes me wonder if the same antimicrobial properties still work.
The instructor was patient and explained postures well. The facilities were clean and inviting, and the other staff members were very friendly and welcoming.

I like that it’s an 8 minute walk from my apartment, lots of spots around town to meet up with my friends for a class. I like that I sweat every single time. I like that it forces my brain to shut off and be present.

I am a ardent core power fan. Around 1240 classes.
But yesterday I drove to class (granted I signed up very late so maybe those who signed up earlier received a text or email) but when I got there, there was a small post it on the door that said “cancelled”. As it was a 20 minute drive each way, I was kind of annoyed. But otherwise I LOVE core power!
The classes are always very good!!! Instructors are knowledgeable and I always learn something new. The place is always clean and they always make me feel welcomed.
