Customer Service! Everyone is so extremely professional, polite and just genuinely nice. Kudos to the area/store manager (I believe Kate, I might be wrong) who took care of my situation. I purchased bunch of items from the shop and non of the discounts were applied, without knowing, I ended up paying the full price. The manager reached out to me before I even reached out to her and resolve the issue. - that was a top notch, world’s class customer service. Unfortunately, I had a knee surgery yesterday and won’t be able to see your guys for a while. I appreciate everything you do and hope to see you in 6-8 months when I’m recovered.

Really like the studio and the instructors. Really enjoy Sarah Woods Friday morning Power sculpt class. Wish that you would limit the class size a bit, a few too many people in their sometimes.

Kristen B an excellent instructor. Especially appreciate her experience, focus and guiding around anatomy and proper form. Core Power lost a lot of attention to this, sadly, over Covid and its so important to get back to it!

I like the warmer rooms, and most of the instructors. I like and feel valued when encouraged to adapt the routines slightly for a sore foot or neck, etc...
I love Teri’s yoga classes. Rino is a beautiful studio and has plenty of parking which is key.
Liz Silva’s C2 classes are amazing - interesting, challenging flow, great music. The best I’ve found in Denver in the past 3.5 years.
Lisa is such a graceful and engaging teach.
Personnel is warm and attentive. Instructors are skilled. Facilities are clean and organized.
