The Tennyson crew is so welcoming. Tennyson Street has an active, fun vibe, and when you walk into CPY, that vibe continues. The teachers are encouraging, enthusiastic, and thoughtful.

Newer to CPY and first time visiting this studio. Was greeted by Kaleigh with a warm welcome and she gave me a quick tour to show me where I was going since it was my first time. Very much appreciated! The sculpt class instructor was full of energy and made me want to keep going even though it was challenging for me:)
Studio and teachers
I like the consistency of the classes. A lot of teachers at other studios are so vastly different, you never know what you're going to get even though the class has the same name. Although Core Power is somewhat generic in it's approach, I actually appreciate it bc I know basically what I'm going to get. Of course, all the teachers have their style to set them apart, but they work within perameters that give the classes consistency. I also appreciate that most of the teachers' speaking has to do with refining the poses as opposed to giving us contrived spiritual growth teachings during class. This guru wanna be persona has become way too common with many yoga teachers & to me it's a huge turn off as well as totally distracting from the practice. I'm there to learn yoga, not to hear about personal growth philosophies ad nauseum. That said, I'm a deeply spiritual person, but yoga helps me to connect to that naturally without someone yacking in my ear about whatever their spiritual growth lesson of the day is. As soon as I started going to CP, I was relieved that your teachers simply teach yoga and don't pretend to be new age gurus. So thank you for that. Also, the music seems consistently good. Again, other studios sometimes play music that is way too loud, too intense, too annoying, and makes it hard to focus. I do appreciate the music to be more calm and quiet during Savasana, and it usually is at CP, but occasionally teachers play music that's a little too fast and makes it hard to just relax. Thank you for having so many locations and times available that it's easy to practice. Please bring back candlelight yoga!

Brogan was so welcoming at the front desk - which was great after having not been to CPY in almost two years. she was also a fantastic instructor and her class was wonderful. The CCK facility was beautiful and clean, which was particularly comforting due to virus concerns
I particularly enjoy Tara S's classes at Happy Canyon. She is a great intuitive teacher.

I have loved my experience at CorePower - RiNo/Industry Studio. It is such a vibe when I go there - everyone is so nice and always asks how I'm doing and what I'm up to! Very thankful for this place :)
The parking ramp is great, the studio is comfortable and gorgeous, and the instructor Sarah Fu is great and I will go to any studio she teaches at. Only wish there was a bench in men's room to sit on and change/put on shoes😉😉
Such a great class! Love the combo of yoga + strength training with a bit of cardio mixed in. Felt welcoming and had a great environment.
