The instructor was awesome. I like that it's a more modern approach to yoga. Not as zen or hippie as some other places. I also liked that abs were included.
Daily schedules are full of classes, so it's very easy to choose a time that's convenient for you. The classes are very strengthening and empowering, and not too packed, so there's attention to adjustments and enough personal space.

I liked the yoga classes. As a heavier woman, I don't always find yoga teachers and studios comfortable with larger people and everyone at Corepower was friendly and welcoming. It was also nice to see a variety of sizes of teachers. I signed up for a membership before my two week period was up!

Amazing studio, you get the same from studios nationwide, good teachers, cleanliness.
the instructors are very helpful in explaining and directing poses. they are also observant, as I'm no pro and my guest was a first timer. the easy check in was very convenient as well. i am impressed with the amenities in the locker room as well as the hot rooms. the only thing that could be more convenient for me would be a membership accommodating usage of a only few times a week. I, as well as my friends, like different styles of instruction as well as intensities and locations. we like variety. so being flexible to visit many studios is regular.

Loved the energy of the class (CP2 w/ Matt). Very positive, encouraging, and inclusive. I've tried a dozen yoga studios in Dallas the past 8 years and will definitely be purchasing classes at CPY after my free week ends.
