The staff are always very welcoming, and the facilities are clean. All the instructors are great and help layer the class for beginners to advanced students. I never felt out of place or not good enough when first starting out. Each instructor guided me through the class to help me to what was best for me. They create an uplifting environment.

I liked the diversity of classes and how the instructors teach each class differently in a good way that makes it enjoyable, fun and at the same time challenging that I get a great workout afterwards!

My whole experience was really very good. I am very new to yoga and I found Core Power to be both approachable yet challenging. Even over only one week, my time at Core Power has given me a keen interest in further exploring yoga.
In more concrete terms, all of the instructors and staff with whom I interacted were very friendly, helpful and seemed actually enthusiastic about teaching the classes. The facilities were also a drawing point.
Overall, I was incredibly happy with my experience.
