Ease of membership with commuting

The heated room along with some humidity makes it ideal to get into poses at a deep level. Matt is a skilled teacher who expresses a message of love, acceptance and FUN.

I also like how the teachers have been focusing on specific muscles and introducing that at the beginning of each class. It forces me to think about the muscles groups that I'm working during each pose.

Love the clean yoga rooms with hard wood floors. Warm humidity and intentful instructors. So happy CP has come to Dallas. Would love to have a "north" location. We drive over an hour to get to Mockingbird, but it is worth the drive!

I love how tranquil the classes are. The instructors are very well informed - it's been the best yoga classes I've ever taken.

Everything and everyone was outstanding. It is too far for me to attend regularly, but I would recommend it to anyone who could.
