Matt is amazing, and truthfully all of the instructors are friendly and approachable, even if you are new to yoga.

It was my first time at a yoga class. The instructor was very helpful in showing me the correct poses, etc.

I like the knox henderson one better - so I would probably recommend that one first, and then Mockingbird. Simply over the parking at Mockingbird is not nearly as accommodating as the Knox store....Plus I just really like the vibe at the Knox store more...not as quiet. But I LOVE CPY no matter the location.

The total experience was quite awesome. From the friendly staff the awesome amenities, it was all great. This is the first yoga classes I have really enjoyed. Compared to other classes I feel like I have truly accomplished something when I leave the studio. I also love that yall focus on strengthening the core and the use of breath.

The classes are tough and the music is great. The sculpt class is my favorite.

I sweat more than I do working out at the gym!

Mockingbird has such a wonderful energy. The selection of yoga hear is always on point too :)

Great facilities. I like the multi yoga rooms at each studio which allow for more class times and avoids hot/sweaty rooms from previous classes. I'm also a big fan of Lisa P and Matt W's classes at the Mockingbird location. They are excellent teachers.

I love the atmosphere of CorePower Yoga - Mockingbird. After a stressful day walking into the studio and being greeted by the teachers is the most amazing feeling in the world. In addition, everyone there is so helpful and honestly wants you to be the best you, that you can be.

CPY has become such a wonderful constant in my life! The team at Mockingbird are amazing--always a friendly, familiar face to sign you in; they take a genuine interest in students and passionately share the joy of yoga. Shoutout to Lisa P and Matt!

I took Marco's Friday C2 class and had a really wonderful experience. The studio and changing rooms were very clean. I was nicely welcomed and enjoyed the class very much. Marco's flow was empowering and I'll definitely be back! This was my first time at the Mockingbird location, the studio was easy to find and I thought parking was very accessible.

The classes always leave me feeling renewed and the teachers are all passionate about their practice!
