Matt Weston is an amazing leader and instructor. He inspires and pushes you outside your comfort zone and his ear-to-ear smile and signature mantra "Yes You Can" lifts your spirit and limbs to new heights. His infectious enthusiasm and passion make every class worthwhile. And, his insistence on having fun makes you somehow forget that you've just pushed harder than you thought you ever could.

I just moved from DC where I use to take Core Power classes. This was my first time at the Mockingbird location and I loved it! Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Hanna did a great job teaching the class and I can't wait to take more with her. I brought a friend who has never been to Core Power and she loved it! She will be taking more classes with me! I swear by sculpt classes and they are a great way to see fast results.

The C1 instructor on Sunday was very good at helping with positions. The sculpt instructor at 9:30 on Monday was excellent. I take sculpt at least 2-3 times a week in Chicago. She was challenging but really motivational.
I don't consider myself a yogi. I do consider myself pretty active with running, taking interval classes, spin, etc. The sculpt classes CPY offers are amazing (especially the 75 min. on Sundays!). The customer service is always spot-on, classes are challenging and always changing, and the playlists are always a really good mix of music (a good playlist is important). Pricing is also very fair, not forcing you to buy a bulk set of classes.
Class was great -- it was difficult but not impossible. A great workout that I definitely felt for a couple days after!
The instructors are great, and it is one of the most rewarding, challenging workouts I have ever done.
Parking was good and it is close to my house. Studio is open and light and clean. Class schedule seems good.
