Everyone was very welcoming! I was very nervous to get back into yoga after having a baby 3 months ago. The staff and manager were so kind to me and encouraged me to try classes I didn't even think I could do. Such confidence boosters! It's a great studio! The trainers are fantastic. They are mindful of individuals needs and goals while maintaining high quality expertise and accuracy in their ability to challenge pupils. All the trainers I've have maintain composure within their practice and enlighten those they teach.

Studio is very clean, bathrooms are well maintained, classes are a great workout.

The teachers are very approachable to students of all levels at CPY. When I attend classes at CPY, I am not only connecting with the teacher, but also with the other students of the class. Some of the teachers have done a very good job of fostering these connections during and after class.

It's a great venue which happens to be near the office but most importantly the ladies who teach are so professional and encouraging.

The amazingly friendly instructors and welcoming environment! It was exactly what I wanted and have been looking for in a yoga studio/enviornment! I also loved he hands on training and step by step guidance, especially since I was a first time yogi! And thank you for keeping the locker rooms so clean and providing free locks for the locker room, you guys tools it to the next level when it comes relaxation!

Nice flow of class. Very natural and all students are really enjoying at their interest.

Great instructor, very challenging class

I like the C1 instructors, I like the app. I would like an early morning C1. Also I liked how Cloe instructed today 5/24. She held poses a little longer and ommitted the pigeon which doesn't seem to add value to practice. Thanks!
