Staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially for a first-timer to using their other services other than just massage therapy. The massage therapist was also very good and knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint what I needed.

Extremely good massage therapists in Josh Pichette and Ed Stolar. Considering they have been at Prema Sai for a long time, I'm surprised that they are not using the bigger massage room on the 2nd floor.

Massages - they are pricier than most places
That for the price of a single message which you get anyway there is unlimitted access to the sauna. This and the monthly message keeps customers regular and with regular exposure customers will likely purchase other services as well.
