Good location, good service. However, the therapist did not know how to process the VIP membership and as a result, could not get 10% off the service which was frustrating.

I like that you are straight on massages (truly the only service I use with you)... no wasting my time choosing scents or any of that 'froofroo' stuff other places put you through.

First and foremost the professionalism and welcoming manner of staff is what I like most. Next is the ability to claim benefits for the massage services, and very near after that is online booking and descriptions of services. Thanks so very much for all these things. :-)
