The massage I had was excellent! I like the overall feeling of the attitude. My therapist was 15 min late, but to me that means they care more about helping the client, and that my/their health is priority...not fitting into a 1-h appointment. My own appointment was not shortened because of it.

I generally enjoy all of Prema Sai's services. I like how I can always get an appt when I want one and I don't have to book weeks in advance. However, my most recent massage was the best I've ever experienced. Chaiyan Koolsak was my therapist and was unbelievable with skill and also professionalism. I will definitely tell all my friends.

There was a little mishap before my appointment but the staff dealt with it in a professional matter and gave me the attention and great service that needed for my first appointment. There was also a follow up call after my treatment to ensure that I had a good, memorable experience. My massage therapist was thoughtful and helped me loosen my tight and stressed muscles. I have already referred your company to three friends.
