Stellar customer service, from nearly every employee we encounter. Staff nearly always know our dog's name, and frequently send home report cards on things they observed or love about him. Vaccination reminders are really helpful as well.

Miura looked great when she came home after her bath and de-shed treatment.
I love that we can check in on our pup during the day with their cameras and easy to use app. They're one of the few daycares we tried, maybe the only one, that had a dedicated indoor area, which is great because I feel comfortable using Camp Bow Wow no matter the weather. It's so nice to hear from staff how much they love our puppy, and I'm sure all of the dogs get the same great treatment. We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!
They know me and my dogs, drop off/pick up so easy, last minute drop offs are OK. Brittany is always so friendly and helpful...Love Camp Bow WOW!

Dinah loves going to Camp Bow Wow! If she could drive she would drive straight to camp. The camp counselors are extremely kind and are able to give details of Dinah's day at camp with her friends. My husband and I love Camp Bow Wow for many reasons. We know she is safe especially if we are traveling far away. We can get our daily dose of Dinah by watching her through the web cams. Our schedule may take us away from home for many hours during the day. It's comforting to be able to bring her to camp and not be alone at home.

They need more places for the dogs to rest. They have one platform.
I already referred my neighbor to use Camp Bow Wow Westminster for their dog Lucy.
We are planning to board our dogs soon. So far just used the day camp. I like they offer half or full day.

Love being able to check on Mickey on the cams to see how he's behaving and how he's being treated. From the front desk to being in a play area, Mickey is treated as one of your own dogs. You listened to my concerns about his anxiety and you went the extra mile to help him adjust. Thank you!!
Great hours and staff
Staff is always so kind and caring. We always know that our dogs are going to have a great time and this takes the stress out of having to leave them when we are out of town. Thank you so much for always going the extra mile for our babies!
