We have always gone to U lucky Dog in Denver and have been very pleased for the most part until recently. The last time we took our dogs there the staff literally told us that our dogs were going to get kennel cough. Aside from that, their pricing kept going up and up without any discounts for multiple dogs.
The multiple dog discount is great and very helpful to us. After the interview day we felt good that our dogs are in good hands.

My dog is always super excited to spend her day at Camp Bow Wow. I like having the ability to watch her through the Camper Cam option. I feel comfortable when boarding her because they send daily photos while we are on vacation. Communications are excellent as emails and/or phone calls are replied to quickly.

Everything! The staff is always courteous and quick to return phone calls if they are not able to answer the phone. They are also helpful in taking items to and from my car when we board our dog there.
They always greet her as if she is their "favorite" dog and are so excited to see her. (I assume they do this ALL of the dogs...)
The groomers do a great job too.
Our dog is always in a good mood when I pick her up so I know she had a wonderful time playing with the other dogs!
