Really good customer service; this was my first time boarding my dog and it worked great; camp counselors know dog language and we’re concerned about ensuring my shy dog had a good place to be comfortable; no extra fees for medications or supplements; accommodated refrigerated food for boarding stay; and, of course, I loved having the cameras. Everyone who works there is so kind to my dog. She absolutely loves going there. They seem to treat every dog like they're special. I would highly recommend to any pet parent.

All the people I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and most importantly were friendly to my dog. I like being able to check in on her via the cameras, and it was clear that the people working were attentive and good at managing behavior.

The staff care about the dogs, the dogs are treated to a variety of environments (moving back and forth from pen-to-pen throughout the day), and Daisy's completely exhausted when she comes home.

Camp Bow Wow is great! The staff is always super friendly and attentive to the dogs. Every time I go to pick up my dachshund, Dean, I know he has had a great day playing because he never wants to leave! He comes home completely zonked! It’s adorable. But most importantly, he doesn’t make a b-line for his water bowl, which has been my experience in the past with other day cares. I know that my sweet boy is in good hands at Camp Bow Wow. 💜

Staff is very friendly. My dogs seem to really enjoy going. They are tired out at the end of the day. Have always come back healthy and happy. Have also used for boarding and love to see our dogs on camera while we are away!
