The facility is clean and the staff is always welcoming when we drop Levi off and pick him up. Levi loves coming in to see the staff and of coarse to play with the other dogs. The staff always has the dogs best interest at heart which you can recognize.

I love Camp Bow Wow. Your staff is so good with my dog and take good care off him. I never have to worry about how he is doing when he is at Camp Bow Wow and even if I do, I can check the cameras to see how he is. Your staff is always very friendly and helpful. My pup was just visiting for the day, but CBW Concord made it very easy for him to attend daycare (he is a CBW camper back home) which helped us out. The facility was clean and the camp staff are very friendly. Our little man came back tired and happy. I call that a successful day at daycare.

Excellent service and wonderful staff. Always professional and wonderful. Sophia loves camp and has a favorite camp counselor named Mitchell. We would never go anywhere else. Boarding is wonderful and a great service for Sophia.
I like that my dog gets so much play time and has a large kennel to sleep in. They also call me if they have any concerns about him.
I love the "play all day" part of boarding, and that my dogs come home exhausted (and we imagine they're exhausted enough that they just sleep all night and are too tired to miss us).
I also like that there are multiple yards which allows for fewer dogs per yard. We put our dogs in another place recently, and when I watched them on the doggie cam one of them seemed really stressed, overwhelmed and overstimulated because there were SO many dogs all in one yard. But I didn't see that same reaction in him at Camp Bowwow, so that was a relief.
I love the service, the energy, the facility, the location and how tired and happy my dog is when she comes home from camp!! Camp has become her favorite word!
The interview process was very simple and my dog was worn out after the day. The next day when we took her back, she ran in with excitement! I love that they have cameras, although it can be addicting to watch. We haven't used the boarding services yet, but will be using them this summer and feel very confident about it! Farrah loves them!

We really like how proactive Camp Bow Wow of Concord, NC is in communicating with us before, during, and after our pup's stay. We also love (especially our 4 year old) logging into the cameras to check on Spencer (our pup) throughout the day when we are gone on trips!
