The staff has always been very accommodating and patient with my anxious pup, which has been AMAZING. He can be a little strange sometimes with people but loves dogs and playing, so finding a day camp and staff that works well with his quirks has been tricky. I'm able to leave him here for camp and boarding without too many concerns, which has been a big relief. I also love that I can check in on him on the web cams and see for myself that he's having a good time (gives me peace of mind). If there are concerns, the staff is great about informing me if he's acting strange, and if I have questions about any behavior on the web cams, they are friendly and happy to help. I greatly greatly appreciate it. I am a helicopter dog mom, and I know that, but the staff is great about putting up with me! On top of all that, my dog genuinely gets excited and ready to go when we pull into the parking lot, and when I get him home, he's tired and happy, which makes me happy. It's been a great experience since switching to Westminster Camp Bow Wow. I greatly appreciate you all!
Staff is friendly, polite, and flexible when necessary. They show great kindness to my dog, as well as, patience with her sometimes rowdy behavior.

I love seeing Max and Misha getting lots of love from the counselors. They enjoy interacting more with the people than the dogs, so it is really wonderful to see the engagement between the counselors and the campers in the yards.
Clean, friendly, fun. Everyone is super friendly and always remembers my pup somehow. They're fast and efficient getting us in and out! I recommend Camp Bow Wow to everyone. :)
CAMP BOW WOW is a great facility to trust with the care of your pet when you can’t be there. The Camera Cams allow you to catch a glimpse of your buddy throughout the day. You can be sure your pet is being taken care of lovingly.
Friendly, affordable and I like being able to see him on the cameras. Staff is transparent, get to know your pup, and are trusting. I also really like that there is an interview process so I know my dog will be safe.
Genuine care and you always alert us if there is the slightest indifference in our dogs attitude or demeanor.

I had several reservations about leaving my girls (Azul & Delilah) at Camp Bow Wow, due to bad experiences at another pet boarder (Delilah eats poop and I told them to keep an eye out for them, picked them up and both dogs were sick with Giardia and a vet bill of upwards of $600 after taking them the day after we picked them up). I voiced my concerns and all of the team assured me that they'll keep an eye on them. I was able to watch them play, call in to check, and received email updates from the girls about their day and how much fun they had. Needless to say, CBW really lived up to my expectations and the recommendations of others. I'm happy with their professionalism, sanitation, and natural caring they gave the girls. I think we'll be bringing them back for random day care days too, besides only when we travel! :)

Our dog loves playing at CBW. She always comes home thoroughly played out. We've gone through all 3 levels of the Behavior Buddy Program and use the services for bath and nails. Professional, friendly staff that can tell you about your dog's day. If anything happens from non-eating to biting a tongue, a call will be received.
I loved the whole process of the interview to make sure my dog, the consumer's, and myself were comfortable. Awesome people and were completely willing to answer all my questions!

I am so excited about the 30 minute training that is offered as an extra price. My dog is so happy to learn new commands. He now knows “leave it”!and “drop it” .. Thank you camp bow wow associates! My dog and I are always happily looking forward to our next visit!!
