What do you like about our services?

We left our dog while we went out of town. I don't like leaving her for long periods, but I know she is in good hands, so that comforts me.

I love the camper cams and enjoy checking on her and watching her play with the other dogs.

Everything! Your staff remembers Ronyas and Gingers name, and my dogs are very happy at camp. And Sarah is a fabulous trainer!

My dog Skip (a yorkie/cross) loves to go Camp Bow Wow! He enjoys playing will the other dogs, and doesn’t to leave. He is exhausted on the ride home and sleeps for hours! I try to take him once a week to keep him happy! Sally Grady

I dropped off my puppy this week and it was his first full day at Camp Bow Wow. He had a BLAST with all of his friends and I loved being able to watch him on the camera being a new puppy mom. The customer service was amazing following pickup and I enjoyed the little progress report that they sent home because I just assume my puppy is always causing problems. It was nice to have that little report and check up on his behavior at camp.

The staff was very hands on during the interview process, using three members to slowing introduce my dog to the other campers, then giving me feedback, along with the ability to watch the process on the TV in the lobby and online. Really showed they cared about their clients.
