Love the caring staff . Another feature I love is the ability to pop in on video to check on our girl when we want to see how she is doing. They have always kept me posted and call if there are any concerns. Jada has been boarding there for over 7 years and loves to play at day camp especially when they bring out the pools.
Dog owners don’t have to call or schedule an appt for drop offs. They can just show up! The staff members are always welcoming and courteous. Deijah the assistant manager has given me the most pleasant experience. She stays on top of everything! She is most definitely deserving of her role! She makes sure we have everything when we pick our dogs up and she lets us know about any behavior occurrences and is always respectful. Also you can tell she has a great relationship with all of the dogs that pass through there.
I like that I can usually find Howard on the cameras and he comes back clean and sleepy

Our dog Bentley, loves coming to camp bow wow. We tell him he is going to play with puppies and he can’t wait to get out the door and in the car to go. The staff is super friendly and accommodating!

The friendliness of the staff.
With boarding our dogs for the first time, we were very nervous about leaving them for multiple days. When we found out we had to board them 5 days before leaving for vacation, we reached out to Camp Bow Wow. They got us in for a interview 3 days later, and were able to accommodate our babies. We are so thankful for them. We got to watch our dogs interact and play with other dogs, and also got to see pictures of them participating in fun activities. We felt comfortable knowing our dogs were in good hands!! We are so thankful for you guys and are so glad we have found a place that we are able to keep our dogs when we go out of town.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. It felt very safe leaving my dog for the weekend. She had a wonderful time. I am sure I will use them again in the future.

I recently switched to Camp Bow Wow because my dog wasn’t loving the place he was going to before. I am so happy I made the change. My dog Koda is a very anxious dog but the staff makes him feel right at home. They all are so loving on him and it makes my heart full that everyone always greets him by name and remembers him when I drop him off. I am so grateful I found this daycare!
